I have been so busy lately with completing all the necessary assignments in order to even start looking for a location for my Puerto Rican restaurant. I have been working with a restaurant consultant group for over a year and we have completed the business plan, training manual and menu. I have also successfully passed the Food Handling Manager Certification Exam. I am currently working with a realtor for a location. The restaurant inventory in Valparaiso is very limited at this time but hopefully, I can find a location within a year. Will keep you posted with my progress.
