Description
Learn how to make a delicious cup of coffee with warm milk, using an espresso coffee maker and milk frother. For this recipe, I will be using a 6-cup espresso coffee maker.

Ingredients
- 1 cup or 1¼ cups of cold whole milk
- 2 teaspoons of sugar or to taste
- 16 teaspoons espresso ground coffee
- Sufficient water to fill bottom chamber of espresso coffee maker
Instructions
- Pour water into lower chamber below the valve
- Insert filter basket and fill with espresso ground coffee, approximately 10 teaspoons. Level ground coffee with back of a spoon without applying pressure.
- Remove any ground coffee around the rim of filter basket. Screw tightly upper chamber and close lid.
- Place espresso coffee maker on small burner. Turn on stove and make sure the flames do not exceed the base of espresso maker.
- Heat until the espresso coffee fills the upper chamber. Turn off stove.
- Insert cappuccino disc inside milk jug and pour milk between minimum and maximum markings.
- Turn temperature dial (Start/Stop button) within the Optimum Milk Temp range.
- Press Start/Stop button to start the frothing process. When frothing is complete, you will hear an alert sound. Wait until the unit automatically shuts off.
- Remove milk jug with lid and place on a trivet.
- Add sugar into cups and evenly pour the espresso coffee.
- Warm milk is added to both cups, according to your liking.
- Scoop milk foam if you want to prepare a cup of cappuccino.
