Our coconut flavored eggnog (known as Coquito) is a delicious cream-based alcoholic beverage that is served during the Christmas Holidays.

Recipe for Coconut Eggnog
- 4 eggs yolk
- 1½ cups white Puerto Rican rum or to taste
- 2 cans (15 ounces each can) cream of coconut
- 2 cans (12 ounces each can) evaporated milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
Instructions
- In an electric blend, add the egg yolks and white rum.
- Blend for 10 to 15 seconds.
- Add the remaining ingredients and blend for 20 to 30 seconds or until all the ingredients are well blended and a creamy texture is formed.
- Pour in air-tight containers and place in the refrigerator for at least 2 days to allow the flavors to develop fully.
- Serve in small drinking glasses and sprinkle with ground nutmeg on top if you so desire.
- Maintain coconut eggnog in refrigerator and use within 7 days.
