You can create your own blend of seasonings by mixing the following ingredients in a bowl:
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt (low sodium)
- ⅛ teaspoon ground cumin
- 4 teaspoons paprika or 4 teaspoons ground annatto seeds
You can change the quantity to suit your taste. When a recipe calls for one (1) seasoning envelope, add 1½ teaspoons of the mixed ingredients to your dish.
